Leadership Program Exclusively for Evans Chamber Members

We’re excited to be able to offer this 8 week class (plus 3 follow up sessions), including all class materials, at a 20% discount for up to 10 Chamber members.

Pete Morrell is the owner of Morrell & Associates, and has been teaching Leadership Development in Greeley since 1986. His client list stretches across Colorado and surrounding states. We’ve included testimonials from a few Evans Chamber members who have taken his classes below.

The Personal and Organizational Leadership Development Program will include personal organization, team building, balancing personal and professional life, goal setting, leadership, long-term planning, growth, communication, management effectiveness, strategic thinking, customer service and human relations. Since the class is limited to 10 participants, it can be tailored to the needs of those participants. Also included are three follow up conferences to implement the set goals and discuss specific issues as decided by the group.

The program is appropriate for professionals and will be customized for each individual’s needs and goals as well as their organization’s goals. Achievement of these goals would justify the investment for participants and allows the Chamber to offer a significant discount on the service to its members.

This class is normally priced at $2,000. The Chamber is able to offer it to our members for $1,600. This savings more than covers the cost of Chamber investment for almost all members.
The class will begin on Wed., Oct. 24th from 2 – 5 pm at Morrell & Associates’ office in downtown Greeley and continue for 7 more weeks, with the follow-up dates to be determined.
