RE/MAX Commercial Alliance – Commercial Division – Jim Neufeld

Jim Neufeld has joined RE/MAX Commercial Alliance as an advisor specializing in commercial and real estate brokerage. Prior to joining RE/MAX Mr. Neufeld has extensive experience in the field of accounting, and also owning and operating a custom home contracting business, building approximately 100 homes in and around the Greeley area. Mr. Neufeld began his career working in public accounting in the Denver and northern Colorado areas, and also having experience in the financial securities industry.
Mr. Neufeld is currently active in the industry as a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the Northern Colorado Commercial Association of Realtors. He is involved in several committees and boards associated with the City of Greeley. He is past chairman of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board for the City of Greeley (six years) and a member of the Comprehensive Master Plan Update Steering Committee, Lincoln Park Redevelopment Committee and the Open Space Plan Committee. An active member of the Greeley Chamber of Commerce, Local Government & Business Affairs Committee. Mr. Neufeld is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Colorado and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Early in his career he worked in the accounting department for Brothers Redevelopment, Inc., Denver, Colorado. As a volunteer with this not-for-profit construction and development organization, Brother’s mission was to assist the low income and elderly in the development and construction of apartment complexes, and in the redevelopment of large and decaying apartment complexes in the downtown area.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University. Neufeld has joined 22 other commercial real estate advisors at RE/MAX Alliance which is the largest RE/MAX franchise in Colorado.
