Meet Your Loan Officer, Randi Cruz
Randi has been in the banking industry for almost 20 years; starting her career as a teller, she has risen through the ranks from Branch Manager, Private Client Banker and now Loan Originator. She has a keen understanding of personal finance from every level.

Randi is best known as someone that cares whole-heartedly for every single person she meets. This is apparent as her clients are always well informed, the loan process is well organized and streamlined, and she will not let any obstacles stop her from helping her clients get a piece of the American dream. She is especially passionate about first-time home buyers and helping them navigate the waters as they make one of the largest financial decisions of their lives.

When Randi is away from the office, you can find her BBQing with family, camping or attending her children’s various sporting events. She is very passionate about family and the lasting bonds formed through the memories created by spending time together. Randi and her husband adopted three girls to join their other three children and they couldn’t be happier with the blossoming family they have created.

Meet Your Loan Officer, Michael Campbell
Michael grew up in Gillette, Wyoming and moved to Colorado with his wife following their graduation from Campbell County High School. Originally starting out as a banker, Michael took great enjoyment in helping clients achieve their goals through mortgage lending. Whether it be assisting someone to stay in their current home or helping someone to fulfill their dream of owning their first home, watching the impact of mortgage lending in the lives of his clients has been a priceless experience.

Michael is best known by clients, family, friends and coworkers as being steadfast and consistent. He takes pride in being highly communicative throughout the process, while simultaneously doing whatever it takes to have the client’s best interests in mind. From clients needing down payment assistance or struggling with their credit score, he is highly reliable and dependable for getting the job done no matter the circumstances. However, what he feels to be one of the most important aspects of his work is cultivating relationships and having his clients leave the experience feeling like family. The feeling of excitement and relief on their face at the end of the process is what makes Michael passionate about his job.

Outside of work, Michael is dedicated to his family. He loves spending time with his wife Tracy and son Dalton. Together they enjoy time spent outdoors or camping. Michael enjoys watching his football teams, the Denver Broncos and Alabama Crimson Tide, in addition to watching his son play football as well. He has been involved with organizations such as Toys for Tots and Habitat for Humanity, but he looks forward to diving deeper into charitable contributions in the future. He hopes to be remembered as a man who cared about people and helped all he came into contact with.

On the weekend, you can likely find Michael gardening or enjoying a home improvement project, fishing, golfing or going to football games. He typically likes to end the weekend on his back patio Sunday afternoon with his family and two dogs, followed by a fire pit in the evening with a cold drink.

After a spending a decade helping people as a 911 dispatcher, I decided it was time to help people in a different way. With a degree in finance, which has been my passion, I refocused my career path to help people navigate the home buying and refinancing process. Home ownership is one of the biggest financial decisions of your lifetime. I make the process easy, by educating my clients along the way. I’ll give you the knowledge you need to make the decisions necessary to reach your financial goals.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children. We can be found hiking, camping, fishing and taking advantage of events in Northern Colorado. We enjoy exploring Colorado, finding Steamboat Springs one of our favorite places to visit.
