Mission Statement: The Community Grief Center helps people of all ages grieving a death find connection and healing; and educates the community on griefs impact on the individual and society.
Our various specialized grief support groups give HOPE to all people who are grieving through connection and healing. There are no charges for our services.
The Community Grief Center, with its trained professionals and trained volunteer staff will come along side and support the bereaved in our community. Our vision is to support children, youth and adults as they walk through their unique journey of grieving the death of a loved one, to offer them hope and healing for their future and to provide education to the community and professionals through seminars and online resources.PLEASE NOTE: We are a volunteer-based organization and, therefore, we do not operate on a normal business schedule; however, we do our best to have volunteers at our front desk Monday thru Thursday – 10am to 3pm. If you call, please leave a voicemail message as we check and return messages regularly.
