Beautiful state-of-the-art new boardroom at the Greeley/Weld County Airport Terminal.

Thank you to Gary Cyr and his staff and board of directors for an amazing evening!

The Greeley/Weld County Airport is hosting the Evans Area Chamber’s April BAH on Thursday, April 20th from 5-7 pm. They have recently completed an expansion of their terminal and want us all to see it. You can watch planes take off and land while you’re admiring the new terminal, too!

They have booked the very popular band, The Matt Pack, to play. Dickey’s Barbecue is catering the event. They’re featuring their delicious pulled pork and sausage. Westlake Wine & Spirits will be providing the adult beverages and there will also be soft drinks.

Come out to see your new and old friends, win prizes, including spots on Pirate Radio and KFKA and chamber cash. This will be an excellent networking event and tons of fun.

The Evans Area Chamber of Commerce will be moving to a new office on April 1, 2017. Their new address will be 3819 St. Vrain St., Unit C, Evans, CO 80620. The building is located directly east of the Evans City Complex and south of Envision.

Building owners John and Marilyn Beattie (BT Associates) are happy to have the Chamber as tenants and are making improvements to both the interior and exterior to prepare for the Chamber’s move. Included within the lease is the provision that the Chamber will provide meeting room accommodations for up to 24 people without charge to Evans Chamber members.

The Evans Area Chamber was required to vacate their long-time office in the Jack Meakins Building on Golden St. in Evans when it was demolished to make way for the Riverside Library and Cultural Center. In January of 2012 they re-located to the Gallery Green Professional Building on 29th St. in Greeley, in an office leased from Signs First.

This new location will allow the Chamber to return to Evans with close proximity to city offices. It gives them a visible presence on Highway 85 and more square footage which will allow for not only more and larger meeting areas, but also an office for a receptionist.
