2nd Annual

Family Bowling Fun-Raiser

SOLD OUT

The Evans Area Chamber of Commerce Family Bowling Fun-Raiser was a favorite event with our EACC Family. This event is a time to bring the kids, grandkids, friends, & family members and have a fun afternoon bowling with other EACC Family members. We have filled all 24 lanes at Chipper's Bowling Lanes and are looking forward to another fully packed event. We have door prizes for kids and adults and

are still in need of some adult door prizes valued at $25 and under.

This event helps support the Evans Area Chamber and a local non-profit.

The non-profit chosen for 2024 will be Envision.

Annual Dinner & Awards

The Evans Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner & Awards is the largest event the EACC hosts and is a time to get together with other EACC family members and have a great time networking. We had 200 in attendance and the he EACC Dinner is one of the best event meals you have ever had with a choice of locally Sourced and Locally Processed Prime Rib from EACC family member
Innovative Foods, Inc or Game Hen cooked to perfection.

There was over 60 Silent Auctions with 52 businesses donating items.

We are already looking at next year's event.

Golf Tournament

The Evans Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament has been a favorite event for EACC members and non-members. The EACC Golf Tournament is one of the best tournaments in the area.

This event was moved from Red Feather Lakes to Pelican Lakes Golf Course in 2023 and we had a great turn out. We are looking forward to having another great event with additional ways to win prizes. Including men's & women's THE CHEVRON SHOT. This is an opportunity to purchase and scratch off game tickets and be one of the 4 ticket winners who takes a long shot across the river and be closest to the pin for a chance to win $500 in cash.

The non-profit for 2024 will be The Frontier House. Frontier House graphically illustrates commitment and belief that individuals with mental illness can and will actively engage in a recovery process. Clubhouses, like Frontier House, help individuals get back to work, regain their self worth, find safe and affordable housing, improve their education level, and experience mutually respectful relationships.

Three Gun
Sporting Event

The Evans Area Chamber of Commerce will host it's first three gun sporting event in 2024. We have hosted a Sporting Clays Extravaganza for 9 years and with so many non-profits hosting clays we decided to do something different in 2024. We are really excited to be able to provide a three gun event to our members and businesses to get involved with. We will have a Top Individual Men and Women's awards for this event

Coed Softball Tournament at Riverside Ballfields in Evans

Join us for a day of Ghoulish fun.

Our Annual Halloween Bash is full of fun, laughs, and of course softball.

Join us as we play ball in a full day tournament.

Choose from Recreational team or Competitive teams with a three game guarantee.

If you team includes players who play together a lot,

please register on the Competitive team.

If you only play once in a while or not at all, register as a recreational team.

This year we are combining forces with the City of Evans who will host a Trick or Treat Street and we will have food trucks & High Plains Library to help entertain your family while you play ball
